Here were some notable roster moves prior to the 2026 NALB season.

The Brooklyn Knights had the following offseason/preseason activity:

• Traded 28-year old 1B Toshiro Kakuta to the Vancouver Wild, getting 22-year old minor league C Brody O'Day, 18-year old minor league SS Francis Galland, 18-year old minor league 2B Edmund Pattullo, 23-year old minor league CF Thord MacClure, 22-year old minor league CF Francis Brudenell, and 24-year old minor league 3B Victor O'Concanon in return.
• Traded 33-year old 2B Estevan Portillo to the Nashville Firecats, getting 19-year old minor league 2B Wan-fang Fan, 19-year old minor league LF Gaspard Mendolla, 23-year old minor league LF Tyrone Satterfield, and 24-year old minor league RF Weston Pierce in return.
• Extended the contract of RF Dick Gosden for $41.2 million over four years.
• Extended the contract of C Nick Koche for $79.6 million over five years. The last year is a player option.
• Extended the contract of 2B Don Hartz for $35.9 million over five years. The last year is a team option.
• Extended the contract of CL Ken Hannah for $29.25 million over three years. The contract includes a player opt out clause after the 2027 season.
• Extended the contracts of five players through salary arbitration: RF Clement Barrows, P Takanobu Kishita, SS Frank Brunson, 3B Dave Crayton, and SP James McKinning.
• Signed international amateur SP Rio Llantada out of Costa Rica to a minor league contract.
• Signed international amateur CF Alex Chave out of Costa Rica to a minor league contract.
• Signed international amateur SP Joe Martin out of Puerto Rico to a minor league contract.
• Signed international amateur SP Bong-ok Song out of South Korea to a minor league contract.
