The Brooklyn Knights finished spring training 16-14, which was tied for the top record in their division. The Dunedin Otters were an NALB best 20-10. In League 2, the defending champion Stade Maples (19-11) and St. James Crusaders (19-11) led their respective divisions in spring training.

The Knights had two key spring training injuries. The most impactful was Dan Courtlandt, who needs radial nerve decompression surgery on his elbow and will miss almost four months. AAA relief pitcher Kelvin Eisenberg ruptured a tendon in his finger and is expected to miss three months.

Other key injuries in spring training:

• Cornfield Axemen: SP Bernardo Meireles sprained his ankle. He will miss the first three weeks of the season.
• Dayton Grizzlies: SP Francisco Camaño is on the injured list with elbow strain. He should be back around the end of April.
• Dunedin Otters: 3B Yadier Espinoza tore a back muscle. He will need three to four months to recover.
• Las Vegas Luck: RP Nobuhisa Ikeda has a torn meniscus in his knee. He is expected to miss two to three months.
• Phoenix Rattlers: RP Javier Urra suffered a torn rotator cuff. That injury will cost him at least 4 months of playing time.
• Stade Maples: RP Graciano Orozco suffered a torn elbow ligament. He will need 9 months to recover and will miss the entire 2026 season.
• Vancouver Wild: 2B Chester Heaphy fractured his foot in spring training. He could return in approximately three weeks.
• Washington Allies: P Darius Jarrold has a torn knee meniscus. He will be out of action for about 3 months.

After I finished Fallout: New Vegas, I began playing the add-ons. I completed the following add-ons in the order they were originally released. The brief descriptions are from the developer.

1. Dead Money - Play your cards right to recover the legendary treasure of the Sierra Madre Casino.
2. Honest Hearts - An expedition into the unspoiled wilderness of Utah's Zion National Park goes horribly wrong when your caravan is ambushed by a tribal raiding band.
3. Old World Blues - Recover technology of the Pre-War era and use them to help save all of Science!
4. Lonesome Road - Make one last journey into the hurricane-swept canyons of the Divide to find answers.

Dead Money was decent but frustrating. There were so many ways to die. You are captured and outfitted with a slave collar, which can detonate and blow your head off. Many of the areas around the Sierra Madre Casino are littered with bear traps and other nasty traps. It was ok but not my favorite. I thought Honest Hearts had a lot of promise. The setting of Zion National Park provided some wonderful scenery. There was a tribal war and a conflict between a New Canaanite missionary and someone called the Burned Man. Unfortunately, I think I accidentally killed a key character and eliminated several quests as a consequence. It was over quite prematurely. Old World Blues was a good change of pace. Once again, the Courier is abducted to start the story. It is light-hearted at times with a campy old science fiction feel. There was a lot to do, however, with plenty of combat, stealth, and dialog. I really liked it. Lonesome Road finished things up with a solid offering. I enjoyed it as much as Old World Blues. You are contacted by Ulysses, aka "Courier Six." He is the courier who refused to deliver the platinum chip at the beginning of Fallout: New Vegas. Therefore, it provided some nice closure to the events which proceeded it in the base game.

There was plenty of experience to be had. The Courier was level 29 when I finished the base game. After the four add-ons, he was level 48.
